Our Journey

The journey of Rathi Brothers began in 1985 with a small 5×6 ft rented office in the bustling markets of Burrabazar, Kolkata, where the company started trading cotton bedsheet fabrics. Built on trust, dedication, and a passion for quality, this humble beginning laid the foundation for a trusted name in the home furnishing industry.

Founded by Mr. Bhawar Lal Rathi, the company grew steadily with his vision and values. He was later joined by Mr. Jai Gopal Rathi, whose leadership further strengthened the business. Today, the legacy is proudly carried forward by Mr. Rajesh Rathi and Mr. Ritesh Rathi, who continue to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In 2011, RathiTexPrint was established in Ahmedabad under the leadership of Mr. Vikas Rathi, marking the company’s transition into premium manufacturing. This milestone paved the way for the launch of Sleeping Owls—a brand created to bring together luxurious comfort, contemporary designs, and exceptional craftsmanship.

As part of our continued growth, we are proud to expand our presence with a new Sales Office in Panipat, enabling us to serve our customers and partners more efficiently.
