THE HISTORY
Rathi Brothers, founded in 1985, started trading cotton bedsheet material with a 5*6 rented office space in the busiest place of Kolkata, Burra bazaar.
The group has evolved tremendously since its inception.
It was founded by Mr Bhawar Lal Rathi, whose vision laid the foundation for the company’s growth.
He was later joined by Mr Jai Gopal Rathi, further strengthening the business.
Today, the new generation carries the legacy forward with Mr Rajesh Rathi and Mr Ritesh Rathi serving as Directors of Sleeping Owls Business Pvt. Ltd.
Their leadership is focused on innovation, quality, and expanding the brand’s presence across India.
With their combined expertise, the company continues to grow with strong values and a customer-first approach.
Taking the same thread forward, RathiTexPrint started manufacturing in Ahmedabad in 2011, adhering to the highest standards. The coming years paved the way for expansion and bore fruit. And with it, the brand Sleeping Owls was born.
Continuing our journey of growth, we are proud to announce that we have now opened our Sales Office in Panipat, further strengthening our commitment to serve you better and respond faster to your needs.
