Exchange & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sleeping Owls. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. By placing an order with Sleeping Owls, you agree to the following terms.

Exchange Policy

In place of returns and refunds, we offer a one-time exchange option under the following conditions:

  • Request Timing: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of Condition: Customers must record a clear unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition.

  • Initiation Process: Please send an email to contact9@sleepingowls.in with your order number and item details to initiate an exchange.

  • Product Value: Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference for a higher-priced item must be paid by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

An item will not be eligible for exchange if:

  • The 7-day exchange window has expired

  • The item is not in original condition

  • Tags, packaging, or invoice are missing

  • The product has been used or washed

  • The order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested afterward

No Return & Refund Policy

Sleeping Owls does not offer returns or refunds. All sales are considered final once the product is delivered and accepted in good condition.
